1. No Salary Increment and from 2nd year as they will show you are highly paid ( judged by HR team who themselves are not aware about your job roles ) 2. Management Biased with only few people. 3. No proper job roles defined. 4. One fine day if management thinks you will be asked to resigned. 5. Not employee friendly and always into show business.
