Pros

no pros poor management they hire technical writers very frequently and terminate them after a month

Cons

initially they hire you and then after one month they terminate. No support from hr side. Actually no one can match their intelligence level. Instead of technical writers they want a AI model who will answer them each and every thing.

Working in Web3, Web4, and Web5 innovation demands creativity and adaptability. We encourage continuous learning and reward those who take ownership and drive results. Our evaluation process is fair, documented, and transparent. Every individual is given multiple chances for feedback and growth before any decision is made. Use of AI in writing these complex content does not help.
