Pros

Honestly, there isn’t a single positive aspect about this firm.

Cons

HR is biased towards their friends. Seniors take all the credit — genuine efforts are never recognized. No clear or consistent company policies. Team Leads manipulate situations when someone performs better or is seen as a potential threat. No defined standards are followed for an IT firm. The company lacks a clear vision for the future. A few seniors, in whom management has blind trust, hold back progress while contributing very little.
