Too many people working there that would never be able to get a job anywhere else. There is no planning of anything so everyone is reactive trying to put out fires everywhere

1.Knowledgable, dedicated and nice colleagues. I have received a lot of support and learnt alot from them. 2. Amazing manager. My manager is super nice, caring and supportive. She has given (not only me but) the whole team she is managing clear instructions, mentorship and encouragement to thrive in our jobs. She is open to our ideas and inputs and always available when we need her advice. 3. The company recognizes and appriciates our contribuition and hard work. 4. Great opportunities to learn new things and grow professionally.
