I faced a challenging problem at work. To my comfort , my Senior Management (SM) was also aware and he shared some possible ideas to my team. Thankfully we managed to overcome the problem. That's the best thing about Prima Taste. Our SM is always there to guide us and never stingy to impart valuable knowledge to us. On a personal note, one time I had a long sickness and recovering from home, a SM called and offered if anything he can help me with. Passionate and caring too. That's our DGM
Cons
On and off, got some co-workers (former) that lack of teamwork. Our management try to guide them but not all willing to adjust. Mostly they like to blame others without examining their own shortcomings. No further comment .
