Pros
Working at a bakery is pretty fun, especially when you get to make the waffles that PrimaDéli is known for. From what I've experienced, the franchise shop owner is also given rather free reign in how they want to design the shop (bar F&B outlet criteria) and where to hang promotional posters. If your boss has a relaxed attitude, all the better for you :-)
Cons
Work can get boring as you are doing quite routine work in a small shop, which basically involves inventory of cakes/orders, packing, cashiering, and making waffles.
