Pride Life has an advocacy model. We are taught that compassion and service are paramount. Upper management genuinely cares. They have dropped what they are doing to answer my questions or help me with a particularly difficult case. Patient satisfaction is everything. We are blessed to work with everyone, especially undeserved communities. I have laughed and cried with our clients. I genuinely care about their well being and am so grateful to work at a company that encourages kindness and exemplary service alongside customer satisfaction and quality work.
Management created a very useful step by step guide that is very helpful to everyone.
I also really like that they feed us several times a year! We even get a pre open enrollment and post open enrollment celebration. I really appreciate that!
Cons
The only con I personally have is not the company's fault, it is the nature of this line of work. I don't get to enjoy the Christmas season, but the nice bonus after open enrollment helps cushion that blow.

Pros
Pay and benefits are decent
Cons
COO/CFO/CEO is not professional at all. Reacts on emotions instead of a professional manner. Does not care about the people that work hard to keep the business going. No job security at all. Will fire you for any reason he pleases.
