      They are doing great work! A safe and welcoming space for clients!

      Cons

      Management is uninterested in responding to employee complaints, or suggestions. They don't care about their staff, nor do they encourage, or promote a safe and stable work environment.

      -nearly everything else -toxic work environment -extremely high turnover -no reasonable accomodations for disabilities -huge chasm between nursing staff and clinical staff
