Lack of Vision, Strategy or any kind of HR dept - Product Manager Pricer Employee Review

Wow - where to start...! A lot of Exec's (including the CEO) and influential people have left. They have left behind an empty shell. Its a shame that the positive culture that was present before, has been eroded by some very negative and aggressive VP's that are left, plus a general lack of vision/purpose to the company! With the lack of strategy has come a complete lack of innovation, as we all know the two things are tightly connected. HR work is non-existent, there is no performance reviews, no escalation process, no focus on career development and no rewarding good performance. Thats about it for now...
