Pros
The policy is generally two days a week in the office, but the requirement can vary by team. Comparing to many companies locally, the WLB is very good.
Cons
Compensation is not very competitive. The company has been losing money in recent years and has plans for cost reduction. Consequently, they offer no bonus or stock—only a base salary. There is very little opportunity for promotion or chance of a salary raise, which I heard is typically 1% to 4%. The raise rate in my previous job was 5% the lowest.
