      Pros

      People were nice, manager was accomodating and flexible with schedule due to the many available shift options that they had it was easy to work around the schedule

      Cons

      Work was tedious and laborous, Everything is very old school and in a union the pay cannot really be negotiated its just the union rate.

      Pros

      The benefits and pay are really good in my opinion. Also, there are so many volunteer opportunities offered through the company which is very cool. I have never worked at a company that offered and encouraged so many opportunities to reach out in the community.

      Cons

      One thing I saw while reading the other reviews that I can agree with is concerning accountability and favoritism. The lack of accountability and favoritism when it comes to senior management is surprising and very disappointing.
