Great Ownership - Sales Manager Price Steel Employee Review

Fast paced environment which helps the day go by quickly.

Sad when you lose your job shortly after you file a complaint for workplace harassment. The manager has no idea what procedures to follow when a complaint is filed. It also shows in how the company handled the whole situation which was very unprofessional. Some management is weak and some employees show no respect for management even when speaking directly to them. No one is accountable for their actions and/or errors they make on the job. They pay no overtime to salary employees but they are required to work longer than 8 hrs per day. Outside/inside sales have no control or wiggle room over selling prices of material but are expected to have high sales values anyway. Very hard to do in such a competitive industry.
