There is nothing I would complain about

Good coworkers, paid on time, some really good tenants.

Oh where to begin? This company has classic favoritism for regional management and higher. Also regional managers and have absolutely ZERO leadership skills. As a low-level employee you’re expected to do everything and take all the abuse (not only from crappy customers but crappy regional management). Their business model is a complete scam and customers receive outlandish rate increases. These people expect customers to be lazy (because they are) and just keep paying their rent and take the ridiculous rate increases. I WOULD STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! It’s soul killing work, and you work for a bunch of sophomoric regional managers who are arrogant and couldn’t lead a team if their life depended on it. Furthermore if you want to work for an RM that will literally refuse to do work because “it’s not in their job description…” then this is the place for you. However, if you want to work with a regional management team that inspires you to be a better person then keep looking, because this company has a TERRIBLE CULTURE! You are just a cog in the wheel! One more true story…while I was with the company a property manager passed away. She wasn’t even cold yet and they were actively searching for a replacement. No compassion. Nothing… just the worst incarnation of capitalism. You literally mean NOTHING to them. DO. NOT. WORK. HERE.
