Bad management I made a mistake early into starting job and they waited two weeks used me to get through one if their busiest times of the year then wrote me up and imedietly fired me stating the reason was I couldn't be trusted to not make mistake again even though I just worked two weeks with out doing it again during thanksgiving season weekends and thanksgiving day their employees are disposable
