Leadership is unfortunately mostly absent from day to day operations except to ask people to look up data for them. I feel compelled to notify others, that Previsible cancelled our contract without fulfilling the terms. Whether you're a client or a vendor, there may be a risk that Previsible could breach the terms of an agreement. Be aware that they typically will hire employees on contract. If you are presented with an offer, insist on full time work especially if your role is part of an ongoing operation like writing, account management, or specialists, so that you can get benefits. They don't list an address, license, or email on their website either, so it's a bit hard to tell how legit they are.
