      Company vehicle, family oriented, that is all

      Cons

      Manager treats employees like crap. Yells at employees. Cheap. Has no appreciation for its employees. Shows no appreciation for employees. Refuses to pay employees what they are worth (based on experience). High turnover due to very low pay. Insurance is outrageous. No PTO. Must use vacation for PTO time.

      Lots of training, able to be out on your own all day for the most part.

      Cons

      Performance matters very little as long as you can do well in the theatrics of the job.
