participants are great, and there are very few places to work in the city doing this kind of progressive harm reduction
Cons
leadership doesn't care at all how much they exploit front line workers, even and especially during a pandemic. people in leadership are allowed to bully/harass/sexually assault other employees with no consequences. no support is given to staff. the entire building is one giant fire hazard/biohazard
