Do not care about their employees. Low pay for what is expected of the job. They are biding low on government contacts and they have no clue what the job actually entails. The company is run by retired F-14 pilots and they run the company like a ward room. They treat and pay their employees like enlisted scum. They want to break into many other sectors of government contracting and they are blind to the fact that almost every employee they have now has worked in the sector they are trying to contract into. However, the employees are not going to help them because we know they just want more money.
