Pros

I have loved working at Prevail health, which is why I have been here for 4 years! I have had the opportunity to learn and grow in many ways taking on various projects that interest me. As a peer support specialist my hours are flexible and my manager is fantastic, she will always collaborate with me to accommodate any changes in my availability. Prevail has helped me further my career and gain expertise that will allow me to continue to grow in the field of mental health. I have always felt valued by the company and although we are no longer in an office since 2020, there is still a sense of community that I appreciate. Communication is great, to be able to receive and give feedback to team members in constructive ways has been so beneficial for my professional growth. I am proud to have a part in the success of our mental health programs and I look forward to more growth both for myself and the company!

Cons

At this time we are remote, but as I said we communicate often and productively so not that much has changed!

Pros

I had a great experience working for Prevail. I was able to gain experience in the mental health field doing what I love: helping others.

Cons

Sometimes the work could be a bit boring when doing basic chats where you were just simply going over lesson material and understanding of it. However, it was simple to do.
