In the past company had a lot of great benefits: gym, awesome trips, dancing lessons, yoga classes and french classes as well. It's no longer a thing. Instead of that you will get micromanaged by two "big bosses" who have no idea how to finish their project or even what they want it to be. But according to them it's everyone's fault except theirs, and be sure, you will get punished for that. Trend of this company: take all friends of the bosses and put them in charge, even if those people are highly unprofessional and will talk to you like you are a slave. Zero respect, tons of blame for their mistakes. Constant psychological harassment. They brag about not firing a single person in company's history, and that's because they make people leave on their own by making their life unbearable!
