      expect to have good usual perks and company trip

      no room to bring new ideas/ follow what your boss says very difficult to improve your career if you are senior as there are no room to grow good company to start working if you are junior

      The people are awesome. Very friendly and overall a very tight knit culture. Flexible environment depending on the season.

      Can get really busy at times, but it's fun.
