      There are no pros at all.

      Cons

      They do not care about their employee at all. They can leave them in-between the project without salary if they are facing any problem. Management is worst (useless bunch of people sitting at the top).

      No sitting sapce ,no slary on time , if CEO sasy 10th of this month your salary is deposit in your account but that is flase promise.
