As of February 2024, the owner/founder/president Michael Dixson has still not complied with the TWC order to pay the salaries he owes. He aggressively resists doing so instead. As of November 2023, the TWC had ordered the Prestige Development Group aka PDGTX Inc to pay outstanding salaries to at least one former employee. Also as of November 2023, there was a letter from the landlord pinned to the office door of the company (address: 12912 Hill Country Blvd Bee Cave, TX 78738). The letter said that the Prestige Development Group had been locked out of the premises for failure to pay rent. As of May 2023, the office at 2921 E 17th St Building B, Austin, TX 78702 (still shown under some search results) was vacated. As of the end of April 2023, the "Group" had two full-time employees, a working student (who left in June 2023) and Michael Dixson. Consequently, LinkedIn might be misleading when you review the organizational structure or actual staff of the organization. It is up to you to decide if you want to do business with a company or individual that does not honor salary and rent obligations.
