Pros

Good place to work I pay weekly and always overtime if you want it

Cons

I really think the base pay should be higher the machine operator should make at least 18 to $20 an hour

Pros

Mostly Consistent hours of work, A regular schedule, Staff meetings establishing the team and shift goals. If you have an issue with another employee, you are typically relocated within the facility. If you struggle with a position or machine packing/operating, the supervisor or leads relocate you and try another machine.

Cons

If they can't find work for you when a machine is down, you go home. They have some issues with different positions taking each other's assigned resources. Leaving tools or equipment left out is likely to get it misplaced or taken by another shift.

Pros

None, None, None, None, None

Cons

At one point in time, Prestige Ameritech had a reputation of being "America's PPE company"; however, post-COVID, things have changed dramatically. I have never seen an organization with such significant failures at a leadership/ownership level. It is very clear that Dan Reese is only focused on himself and his family. Employees can expect to receive below-average salaries, no benefits (including 401k, healthcare, etc.), and lastly, you will be treated as if you are incompetent and only a servant. If you are considering working at Prestige Ameritech, or any company associated with this organization, I would highly recommend to turn around and run, as this is a very unethical and unprofessional workplace.
