The company is excellent for skill development and exploring various aspects of manufacturing. It offers flexibility in working with all manufacturing models and provides a comprehensive understanding of supply chain management (SCM) and discrete manufacturing with perfect working hours.

While the company offers valuable opportunities for skill development in manufacturing, I found the work culture to be less than ideal. The strict rules and policies seem to prioritize organizational control over employee well-being, creating an environment with little flexibility. There are limited advantages for employees, and the adjustment of days off is often not accommodating, with Sundays being used as mandatory workdays.
