Interesting industry. Lots of people working hard here. Most employees are friendly,
Cons
It's 'like a family' there. Meaning, if a friend or family member needs a job, they will let you go to hire them.
Not much guidance when you are hired. You have to figure out a LOT on your own, things that should have been explained better for sure.
I don't recommend leaving a job to work here, it's not a stable company. Disorganized, flakey leadership, nepatism rules at this establishment.
