This is a boutique firm, so you'll most likely get to know a lot of the other people working there. It feels more intimate than any other large firm. I got to sit in on daily morning meetings, and other employees seemed to be nice.

There is no solid intern structure for this company since it is so small. This gave a lack of direction with regards to what you should be doing. You can only ask so many questions.
