Pros

Great people. From lots of different countries. No shortage of work. Interesting product to sell. People without experience will get a lot of work they might not get somewhere else. Good opportunity. Big Christmas party and monthly birthday cakes. Lots of travel depending on what department you work in.

Cons

Face time is important and working from home isn't allowed. Expect to be here 9 to 5. And it's in Richmond with nothing in walking distance for lunch or coffee. Salaries are mid-range to low. Same with benefits. They are not the best, not the worst either. Only gym membership is Steve Nash and if you get an opportunity to study something you have to pay it back if you leave. Management tends to either ignore you and let you do your own thing, or micromanages. A lot of information isn't shared with employees. The same few good people get overloaded with more and more work while others just sit there. There's no HR to actually deal with it. Another review said you work hard and get what you deserve - more work? No bonus or raise? Hmm. No training or orientation. Sink or swim.

Pros

None to list to date

Cons

Data leaked all employees information to hackers. Toxic environment to the tune that even the hr person they hired to help combat quit. Took employee suggestions as complaints and found ways to fire those people. The CEO is actually run by the prior CEO and it shows- don’t wake here. You can always find somewhere that’s willing to respect you and treat you better- this isn’t the place.

Pros

There is no pro with this company

Cons

HR is a sham, the person is on their way out but never actually was checked in. Management makes a-lot of promises but doesn't live up to any of them, at one point they dangled going public in front of everyone, but then that was cancelled. Data breaches with our private information to say the least. This company does not care about its employees, they will strategically make you think you are part of the team, but once they get what they need out of you then will move on. Don't waste your talent here.
