Senior leadership absolutely uses and abuses staff. It was a war of attrition to see who could put up with the most abuse whilst knuckling down and completing tasks with no opportunity for personal development. Do not work here. As a monopoly in their industry, this has created a poisonous work culture right throughout the business.
