Few things to say from many (if not most) Forsta employees … This acquisition was literally the worst thing that could’ve happen to Forsta. Terrible management - both on a PG and Forsta side , lack of any direction and strategy not a care in the world about making this place successful . The main focus of execs is to get bonuses paid before they sell company over and over again, then leave. Constant lay offs , overworked employees, toxic culture, keep on getting rid of people and employees that remain carry 3-4 peoples workload . All this for no pay rise nor any recognition whatsoever, there is no culture of promoting within at PG Forsta. At the same time keep on hiring C- suite execs constantly all this when teams on the ground are so thin on resources that it takes months to get simple thing done. Until this day (over 2 years) Forsta customers do not see any synergy and don’t understand the reason behind this acquisition - healthcare business bought a software company . Well good on PG , but for Forsta this brought no investment whatsoever and being constantly pulled in PG direction to deliver on items they need in order to sell to their healthcare clients . What could’ve been a great software company leading in MR and Enterprise data collection space is a sinking ship. Things are that bad nobody really believes there is any hope for this place left. The newest amazing creation is back to the office policy , never mind all Forsta employees were made fully remote after pandemic and worked from home during pandemic full time, over 4 years now. We are told by a leadership ( who mainly are Us based and work remote) we do not care you moved miles away as a result of company’s previous policy we need you back in. Another item , PG apparently said they bought Forsta for European exposure since they were only US centric. Well you have shown for the past two years you couldn’t have cared less about any team located outside of America , such ignorance and truly a waste as company lost so many talented employees thanks to the lack of understanding how business is being done outside of US. Same goes with the way how poor you treat staff - both in the US and the rest of the world. Nothing can be done to fix this under the current leadership, best to quit.

PG has many talented people that are amazing to work with and learn from. The account teams are structured to allow amazing people working together to support client goals and foster a collaborative environment.
