Pros
Honestly, I can't think of one good thing to say about working at Press Ganey. The mission sounds great but it's all just talk. They offer unlimited PTO, but good luck trying to take a day off. The only positive is that the co-workers are nice and believe in the mission.
Cons
They don't give two cents about their employees. There's no training, no mentorship, and no room for advancement. The technology is ancient. The senior leaders are all talk and no action when they’re not fighting. They're always hiring new people, but then they just end up laying them off a few months later. The whole thing is a mess.
