      wfh, freedom to make certain decisions

      Cons

      reporting manager tends to control most of the things, causing decision making slow. less responsive on certain decisions. tend to squeeze resources and lead time from other parties, unable to effectively manage staff (e.g. keep good morale)

      Lots of change lately. New leaders who don't fit the culture and in some cases are changing what was a great place to work to one where people are not valued as much.
