Working for this Dustin/Gary has been challenging due to the intense micromanagement. There is little to no time allocated for training or professional development, leaving employees stagnant and underprepared. The workload is overwhelming, with unrealistic expectations and little regard for work-life balance, leading to burnout. Unfortunately, the focus seems to be on short-term output rather than investing in employee growth and well-being.
