      Pros

      The philosophy is technical, sales oriented. Good focus on technology assets and nice training budgets, hours.

      Cons

      Not competitive salaries. Change of personnel are too often too quick. Hard to become friend and see people go, until you understand that yourself have to go too.

      Tons to learn and open to trying new tactics

      Cons

      Lots of change lately. New leaders who don't fit the culture and in some cases are changing what was a great place to work to one where people are not valued as much.
