Cons
Ridiculous micro management detailing and logging everything you do. Very hierarchial way of conducting business. If you are not part of the clique they are taking you off from tasks , and hammer you with the micromanagement afterwards, leading to calculated huge turnover of staff. I can only say that these type of managers should not be in today's business world. Nice place for job starters, as they get a lot of exposure to different tech, and can deal with these hierarchies. I may also want to add that some employees are bound to stay in the job because of work visa requirements, although I would consider saying that they do not like working there. Company just deserves a huge turnover of their senior tech people, as it is borderline abuse of power in certain areas, and does not allow for innovation and does not create a nice worklife balance.
