Pros
Love the team I work with I have been afforded challenging opportunities and continue to. Work life balance is good I could see myself at Presidio for many years if they can address their gaps. I do feel like if they can wake up now, they have the chance to keep their great employees and continue attracting other great people - but we are right on the cusp of creating an overwhelmingly toxic culture if things are not fixed.
Cons
Executives are not paying enough attention. 401k match is awful Health care benefits are terrible There are some really great people but it is becoming more clear how many toxic people are here and ruining it for the entire group. Presidio needs to wake up and upgrade their culture and mentality to employees first. Without our people, we do not exist. We are not prioritizing our people.
