      Can't think of much really.

      Cons

      Micromanagement at its finest. The good ole boy mentality. The sales culture is not collaborative at all. I would say very toxic. Local sales leadership has no idea how to be real leaders. They dictate management tasks that best benefit them personally.

      Tons to learn and open to trying new tactics

      Cons

      Lots of change lately. New leaders who don't fit the culture and in some cases are changing what was a great place to work to one where people are not valued as much.
