      Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing.

      Cons

      Lack of planning. They open a requirement for my position and 6 months down the road they decided to eliminated. What kind of management does that? They play with people's lifes. It seems that they hired just so my former manager could get some time for training.

      Tons to learn and open to trying new tactics

      Cons

      Lots of change lately. New leaders who don't fit the culture and in some cases are changing what was a great place to work to one where people are not valued as much.
