Great people, but leadership and ideals are old school - Project Manager Presidio Employee Review

Benefits and leadership feel really old school. PTO looks flexible on paper, but actually taking time off especially if you work nights or weekends comes down to your manager. Parental leave is only 2 weeks, then you’re stuck on disability/FMLA at 60% pay. They’ll also check in to see if you want to come back early. Honestly, 2 weeks for parental leave is just ridiculous. Also took a pay cut to work there with the promise that I would be promoted within a year which never happened.
