Pros

I worked alone supervised my own job and was given ability to manage my own work, my skill was respected by immediate managers and work with tenants making their living space better was what got me there everyday, also working on creative ways to organize and fix problems.

Cons

Company works to protect assets of real estate holding companies. There is very little interest in quality work, sustainable practices and employee growth or retention. Find competent managers, treat people like you think they are more than just robots to push the numbers. The pay levels are insulting, the maintenance supervisor is arrogant, rude and unable to communicate to people actually doing the work in the field, disrespectul. Who wants to work for such a company?

Pros

Other site managers are helpful.

Cons

Upper management doesn't listen or care. You will get penalized for asking for the resources required to do the job. The company cares only about filling units and keeping units filled to get those tax credits. Providing safe, quality housing with even bare minimum upkeep and maintenance is not in the budget nor the desired outcome.
