Pros

Working at Prescribe FIT has been such a rewarding experience. I enjoy what I do and feel proud to be part of a company that’s making a real difference in people’s lives. The team is full of caring, supportive, and driven individuals, and our company values align with my own personal values. We’re a mostly remote company, which provides a lot of flexibility while still maintaining a strong sense of connection and teamwork virtually. It really feels like everyone wants to see each other succeed. Because we’re growing quickly, things can change fast, but that also means there are plenty of opportunities to learn, take on new challenges, and grow if you show up and commit to the work. Overall, Prescribe FIT is a great place to be if you want meaningful work, a positive team culture, and the chance to be part of something that’s truly making an impact.

Cons

None that I can think of

Pros

Prescribe FIT isn’t your typical healthcare company — and that’s what makes it awesome. It’s a fast-growing startup where hard work actually pays off. You have to hustle, but you also get to see your impact every day. Yes, it’s different than other jobs/companies, but it’s because we’re trying to transform the industry. We’re helping people change their lives through a lifestyle-based program that focuses on the root cause of health problems — it’s not the band-aid approach you typically see in healthcare today. And the difference we’re making shows up in the patient reviews on Google — it’s really inspiring to see. If you want to do meaningful work that’s changing both patients’ lives and the healthcare industry, this is the place to be.

Cons

It’s definitely a startup environment — things move fast, priorities can shift, and you’re expected to take ownership. The company is very data-driven and results-oriented, so this isn’t the kind of job where you just show up and collect a paycheck. You have to work hard and stay adaptable, but if you’re someone who likes a challenge and wants to make an impact, it’s worth it.
