The primary motivation for working at Prescient Security is the work environment and flexibility; the pressures of the job were not as great as I had assumed. Seniors provide excellent mentoring, and more importantly, you will get new knowledge every day in the company.

Honestly, I don't see any drawbacks with Prescient Security

Collaborative and supportive team culture. Opportunities to learn new tools and grow in marketing operations. Flexible work environment with some remote options.

Recognition exists but often feels superficial, as salary and compensation are not aligned with workload. Processes can be unclear, requiring employees to figure things out independently.
