Pros

Honestly, none that genuinely added value to my professional growth.

Cons

My experience at this company was the most challenging one of my career, primarily due to the extreme lack of structure and clarity in day-to-day work. There was no defined hierarchy, no proper leadership framework, and no reliable point of escalation, which resulted in confusion and delays for even the simplest tasks. The work assigned often felt directionless, with no alignment to any clear process or long-term goal. Decision-making appeared to rest with only a couple of individuals, creating a monopolized environment where feedback, concerns, or alternative viewpoints were neither encouraged nor respected. Communication frequently felt one-sided and dismissive. Basic professional standards were also missing. Payments were inconsistent, documentation such as payslips had to be repeatedly requested, and there was no transparency around salaries or timelines. There was also no structured leave policy, which made planning personal time incredibly difficult. Efforts, extra work, or contributions generally went unrecognized and unappreciated, making the overall environment demotivating. The workplace culture lacked professionalism, empathy, and accountability.

Pros

I had a positive experience working here as a Senior Graphic Designer. The work environment is friendly, and the management is approachable. I had the opportunity to work on a variety of creative projects, which helped me strengthen my design skills and take more ownership of my work. The team is supportive, and there is flexibility in handling responsibilities. It’s a good place for designers who want to grow, take initiative, and work on diverse projects.

Cons

At times, the workload can be high, especially when multiple projects run in parallel. Some processes can be improved to make project flow more efficient, and clearer communication between teams would help avoid last-minute changes.

Pros

If you want to learn how to survive in complete uncertainty, this place will teach you that.

Cons

Working here felt less like being part of an organization and more like operating in an ad-hoc setup with no rules. There are no defined processes, no predictable workflows, and no sense of organizational maturity. Expectations change without notice, priorities are unclear, and planning is almost non-existent. There is no effective leadership system. Discussions are not collaborative; they are instructional and final. Questioning decisions or suggesting improvements is discouraged, making communication feel one-directional. Responsibility is unevenly distributed, while accountability is almost entirely absent. From a compensation and HR perspective, the experience is alarming. Payments are irregular and unpredictable, even for full-time contributors. Payslips are not shared by default and must be followed up repeatedly. There is no formal holiday or leave structure, which makes it difficult to maintain even a basic work-life balance. The company culture does not acknowledge effort. Working extra hours, meeting urgent deadlines, or taking on additional responsibilities brings no recognition, no appreciation, and no professional credit. Over time, this creates a deeply demotivating environment where employees feel invisible. Professional conduct and workplace ethics are consistently lacking. The overall setup feels controlling rather than enabling, reactive rather than planned, and dismissive rather than respectful.
