Extremely supportive of scouts. Energetic. Personable management. Great opportunity to do a lot of good for high school athletes.
Cons
Need to recruit and retain scouts better. Too many people brought on who say they want to work and write but disappear quickly when they realize they need to work and write to create content. Fair compensation per article.
