This company plays with staff. Whenever they feel , they fire the employees in basis of poor performance without giving them chance to grow with the company. In this company , employees are referred as 3rd person but not a part of Premsons Group. This workplace is a hell which is run by a newbie who doesn't know anything but know only to Fire. They believe in Hire n Fire . In this lockdown period they removed 5-6 employees from each outlets they have overall in Jharkhand. Totally, 20 employees (approx). So , Never join this company if you r a sole bread winner in your family. They don't care about employees emotions and the working hours are very odd that is 9:45 am - 7:30 pm with 45 mins break. Also Tea is available only for 2 times in a day. They deduct salaries/incentive immensely. DON'T FALL PREY WITH THEIR ATTRACTIVE SALARY. ITS AN EYEWASH. OVERALL NO SATISFACTION. THUMBS DOWN....
