Pros

You can learn some dead dinosaur technologies which unable to find in other companies

Cons

I swear to God that everything I'm about to say is absolutely true. The company use all outdated, prehistoric technologies and has chaotic management, reminiscent of relics from the dinosaur era you've never heard. Some reviews may seem appealing, but don't be fooled - they appear to be fabricated. The office atmosphere is oppressive; the office space is rudimentary, and 99% of the employees are Chinese, mainly speaking Chinese in the office. The company outsources every aspect of software PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT and SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION to cheap labors in Wuhan, China, which means as an employee, you have to deal with time zones, spending at least 3 hours after a 9-hour workday on online meetings and document writing, often stretching into midnight, totaling over11 HOURS of work daily. Additionally, there is no job security. The company hires you as a full-time employee and has you sign a stringent contract meant to exploit you with overtime, while providing the bare minimum insurance and benefits. You will be treated worse than a contractor, and would be fired once they find cheaper labor or after peak project times. New employees lack training and are not respected. In summary, Premium Technology Inc. is a horrific evil entity; if you’re seeking career development and respect, it’s best to look elsewhere.
