Mandatory meetings on days off. At times 60-70 hour work weeks no additional compensation. A pattern of keeping its employees in a state of fear for their job ( I was written up almost exactly every 6 months for my entire 2 plus years). This keeps you on probation for the entire duration of your employment. When I had finally had enough with 60 plus hour work weeks, annual bonuses of a few hundred bucks, being required to work on days off, and never receiving a raise in 2 years as top sales performing territory, I went to HR. Less then 3 business days later I was fired.
