I don’t really see any downsides in my opinion

I worked at Premium Health when it was running several COVID-19 testing sites around California. I only had to order COVID tests for patients who needed them. It was a very easy job for the salary I was paid

No growth opportunity, I was laid off when there was less of a need for COVID testing sites. In hindsight it wasn't a great place to start my first job as an NP because I wasn't using any of my knowledge and skills I learned in school. The doctor said he would precept me in primary care, but I was laid off before that could happen
