The team management is poor, The job title does not fit the actually day to day responsibilities, you will do NOTHING AML related - it's a glorified admin job. Repetitive, mundane office job which required no skills or brain cells. If you think this will be a good leap into AML or a promotion please bare in mind you will belooking at excel spreadsheet and emails as a day to day activity.
