This asset will be a pretty good steal for a larger local broadcaster group or PE once it's fully gutted.
Cons
Premion is essentially a sinking ship with the constant loss of business and adding to its debt with acquisitions like Octillion. Once this new FCC raises the cap on % of household coverage for station ownership from 39% to 100%, the larger station groups, like a Sinclair, Nexstar, Allen Media and/or a PE shop will scoop up TEGNA, and it's assets like Premion, at a significant discount.
